The Core Crew Front Desk & Sales Associate role is onsite in Chicago, Illinois. Compensation is $17.05 per hour plus opportunities to earn sales commission. The associate welcomes clients, supports account and class scheduling needs, explains studio offers and retail products, and follows up with clients to support sales goals. The role also assists studio leaders and coaches with daily operations, cleanliness, client communications, and visible maintenance or equipment issues.

What you'll do

• Welcome and assist clients
• respond to requests and concerns
• maintain knowledge of class packages, retail products, and promotions
• set up accounts and schedule, cancel, or rebook classes
• communicate studio issues and schedule changes
• assist with daily operations and cleanliness
• report complaints and visible maintenance or equipment issues
• follow up with client lists to meet monthly sales quota
• respond to client emails and recognize milestones.
