What you'll do

• Partner with the Resident Engagement Director to create, plan, and schedule events
• lead programs and participate in evaluations
• maintain program and participation records
• update the engagement calendar
• adapt programming to residents’ interests
• welcome new residents and introduce them to others
• schedule tours of amenities
• complete resident discovery surveys
• support Memory Care programming and capture residents’ life stories.
