What you'll do

• Lead facility maintenance teams
• develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• coordinate troubleshooting and repairs with Production to minimize downtime
• manage budgets, resources, and spare-parts inventory
• support equipment installation, startup, and commissioning
• drive reliability and process improvements
• establish and track maintenance KPIs
• partner with Engineering, Production, and EHS on safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
