What you'll do
- Provide individual and/or group psychosocial rehabilitation services within credentials, scope, and training
- develop age-appropriate skill-building activities
- contribute to service plans, progress notes, and safety plans
- track progress toward objectives
- provide information about CFTSS/SPA and HCBS Waiver services
- complete required training and meet contact requirements.
