What you'll do

• Prepare and review invoices

• manage aging reports and collection outreach
• document follow-ups and escalate disputed accounts
• support month-end close and reporting
• maintain files
• assist with audits, compliance, onboarding, and expansion
• provide backup support to accounts payable and operations.
