Infusion Registered Nurse

What you'll do

• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, antibiotics, symptom management, patient education, and triage
• provide and document professional nursing care
• administer IV therapy and injections
• follow ONS guidance during adverse events
• evaluate patients and document findings
• assist other healthcare personnel
• maintain care environments and resources
• communicate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team
• cross-train and perform duties in other clinic areas as needed.

Why this role

A current RN license and BLS certification are required. ONS chemotherapy/biotherapy certification is required or must be obtained within one year; willingness to work with research subjects and administer trial medications after training is requested.
