What you'll do

• Help participants develop and engage in meaningful activities
• provide supports identified in approved plans
• ensure safety and well-being during program activities
• assist with restroom use, hygiene, meals, and minor medical issues
• encourage participants to communicate and advocate for preferences
• drive or monitor transportation to and from day services and community locations
• follow agency policies and procedures.
