What you'll do

• Conduct studio tours and present service packages and memberships
• contact past clients and follow up on leads

• greet and assist clients
• manage phone, text, and voicemail follow-up
• book, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• onboard clients and set up waivers and POS profiles
• explain services, benefits, precautions, and at-home care
• open or close the studio and help keep it safe, clean, and welcoming.
