It also supports safe food service and resident rights, and may supervise staff when the Director of Nutritional Services is absent.

What you'll do

• Prepare nutritious and attractive meals and supplements for residents in a timely manner
• follow federal, state, and corporate requirements
• perform duties safely and sanitarily
• supervise staff in the Director of Nutritional Services’ absence
• attend required meetings and in-services
• present a professional image, address consumer concerns according to company standards, and protect resident rights.
