What you'll do

• Complete alterations according to company guidelines
• advise customers on products and lead times
• press, steam, and spot-clean garments
• inspect garments and follow quality-control guidelines
• meet the expected minimum productivity of 300+ units per month
• handle rush orders and special requests
• record completed alterations
• coordinate with alteration vendors
• assist with fittings when directed during busy periods
• educate customers and showroom personnel on fitting
• resolve customer service issues
• maintain equipment and communicate supply needs.
