What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel
• carry out site-specific procedures and access-control policies
• verify authorized entry and maintain visitor and driver records
• direct guests
• observe vehicle activity and support gate procedures
• report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts
• respond calmly to incidents and escalate concerns
• conduct regular and random facility, loading-area, parking, and perimeter patrols.
