What you'll do

• Help lead the lounge opening and daily operations
• recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop staff
• maintain food, beverage, service, presentation, cleanliness, and guest-experience standards
• oversee staffing, inventory, sanitation, and daily operations
• manage labor, budgets, expenses, productivity, and performance
• build relationships with guests, associates, clients, and partners
• support service improvements and special events
• ensure regulatory and food-safety compliance.
