What you'll do

• Design, evaluate, and refine individualized ABA treatment plans
• conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze client data
• monitor progress and adjust interventions
• train and supervise interventionists and paraprofessionals in ABA techniques
• coach and consult with parents and caregivers
• maintain documentation and submit reports
• and participate in staff meetings and professional development.
