Senior Accountant – Recoveries

What you'll do

• Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual tenant recoveries, including CAM, tax, and insurance
• interpret lease terms and cost pools
• update occupancy reports
• research and resolve recovery discrepancies
• support collection of outstanding recoveries
• coordinate annual utility recoveries with a third party
• process tenant billings and supporting documentation
• calculate annual escrow and per-square-foot rates
• provide service to tenants and internal teams
• assist with process efficiencies and recovery models for acquisitions
• oversee annual reconciliation and dispute workflows
• provide required documents to third-party recovery partners.
