Supportive Housing Worker

The Supportive Housing Worker role is onsite in Perryville, MO, and pays $16.42–$18.82 per hour. The worker coordinates referrals and move-ins with clients, landlords, supervisors, and case managers. The role helps clients navigate application requirements and supports coordination of the services and resources needed to complete a move into an approved apartment.

What you'll do

• Coordinate potential referrals and assist with the approval process
• communicate with partner landlords about vacancies and applicants
• help applicants complete landlord paperwork
• serve as a resource and landlord contact through move-in
• coordinate with case managers on client needs such as funding requests, furniture, and utilities
• attend agency staffing about vacancies and recruitment
• document according to agency, DMH, CARF, and other applicable program standards.
