Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is onsite in Bemidji, MN. Starting wages are $18 per hour for all awake hours, with a potential retention bonus of up to $1,000 at select sites. Cardinal of Minnesota provides residential and support services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The DSP supports clients’ daily needs through teaching, counseling, advising, and positive role modeling, helping each person achieve the greatest possible independence in daily living. Duties may include personal care, meal preparation, and participation in a team-based support approach.

What you'll do

• Support clients’ daily needs through teaching, counseling, advising, and positive role modeling
