What you'll do

• Manage the RFI register and track RFIs through resolution
• review and classify RFIs, draft routine responses, coordinate approvals, and escalate complex matters
• coordinate multidisciplinary design deliverables and review cycles
• track risks, issues, and action items
• facilitate design meetings
• maintain project documentation
• prepare reports on RFI metrics, design status, and risks
• support governance procedures and documentation standards.
