What you'll do

• Conduct individual and group alcohol and drug counseling
• orient patients to program operations
• collect and assess social, educational, economic, and vocational information
• develop and revise treatment plans and maintain records
• make referrals and follow up
• assist with program implementation and caseload management
• provide staff training
• conduct intake and readmission services
• provide supportive follow-up counseling and crisis intervention
• coordinate care with community providers
• perform OBOT services
• comply with regulatory and accrediting requirements.
