What you'll do

• Conduct mobile patrols across properties
• supervise officers and perform ride-alongs and site inspections
• review incident reports and activity logs
• ensure posts are staffed and contract coverage is met
• cover shifts when needed
• communicate operational updates
• respond to client concerns
• manage uniforms, vehicles, and devices
• assist with hiring, interviews, and onboarding
• enforce procedures and issue discipline when required.
