What you'll do

• Assist passengers with disabilities or limited mobility to and from SkyTrain stations
• safely maneuver wheelchairs across ramps, platforms, elevators, and boarding areas
• support boarding and exiting
• communicate passenger needs and operational updates
• follow ADA guidelines, airport policies, and safety procedures
• help with small personal items when needed
• support efficient passenger flow.
