What you'll do

• Support, mentor, and coach caregivers and medication staff
• assist with scheduling and staffing
• participate in resident assessments and service planning
• communicate with residents, families, nurses, providers, and team members
• follow up on changes in resident needs
• orient and train new team members
• and help solve day-to-day problems.
