Helpdesk Analyst II

What you'll do

• Respond to employee support tickets by phone, text, and email within service-level requirements
• troubleshoot and repair client hardware and software
• provision users in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other services
• assist with IT projects and deployments
• communicate technical issues clearly
• support automation projects using Python, PowerShell, and JavaScript
• help maintain network security and report vulnerabilities.
