What you'll do

• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• remain alert and identify vehicles entering the property
• report suspicious behavior to the office or police when necessary
• assist residents in emergencies
• maintain and submit daily activity logs
• notify residents of guest arrivals and issue guest parking passes
• coordinate with the Concierge, Property Manager, Maintenance Team, and Gate Supervisor.
