Club Manager

What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff
• schedule shifts
• coach and address employee issues
• process payroll
• support front desk activities, member sign-ups, tours, and requests
• open and close the gym
• oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and safety
• coordinate marketing promotions
• authorize expenditures and refunds
• make bank deposits
• prepare HR forms
• track reports
• provide backup coverage.
