What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, references, and offer coordination
• partner with hiring managers on role requirements and selection practices
• maintain candidate communication and support employer-branding materials
• coordinate onboarding, orientation, training, and required documentation
• support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives
• maintain applicant-tracking records and recruitment metrics
• audit sourcing channels, postings, and hiring workflows
• assist with HR documentation, compliance tracking, and employee inquiries.
