What you'll do

• Oversee daily residential program operations and compliance
• supervise, coach, and evaluate staff
• support hiring, scheduling, payroll approvals, and performance management
• ensure program documentation is complete and compliant
• lead interdisciplinary meetings and communicate with families and providers
• promote person-centered practices
• address incidents and safety concerns
• ensure staff training and certifications
• participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
