What you'll do

• Lead electrical hardware development for power electronics and controls boards in the Linear Generator and grid integration equipment
• manage development systems, processes, deliverables, roadmap, strategy, and goals
• manage the electrical team
• coordinate with controls and software teams
• partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality on design for manufacturing and cost
• drive regulatory certification strategy.
