The role supports smooth clinic operations by assisting patients and visitors, handling routine clerical and data-entry work, scheduling appointments, and processing billing and insurance submissions. It helps patients receive clear assistance while keeping reception and office workflows organized.

What you'll do

• Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls
• greet visitors and monitor access
• respond to patient and vendor inquiries
• receive and sort mail and deliveries
• maintain the reception and waiting area
• operate office equipment
• enter and retrieve computer data
• schedule patient appointments
• manage reception-area inventory
• complete end-of-day tasks and paperwork
• bill and submit services to insurers while keeping patients informed
• organize office materials and correspondence
• perform other duties as assigned.
