What you'll do

• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance for HVAC systems
• assess and perform qualified repairs on building energy-center equipment
• perform basic plumbing repairs and fixture installations
• document maintenance
• requisition supplies
• help maintain facility safety, cleanliness, exterior grounds, and property
• remove snow
• serve as a first responder
• participate in fire drills
• respond to emergencies on call.

Why this role
