Senior Retention Marketing Manager

What you'll do

• Lead retention strategy across the customer lifecycle to increase repeat purchases, purchase frequency, cross-category adoption, and customer lifetime value
• own email, SMS, automated journeys, and promotional campaigns
• develop segmented and personalized customer experiences
• analyze cohorts and retention performance
• run experiments and incrementality tests
• partner with acquisition, creative, content, merchandising, e-commerce, and customer experience teams
• and manage relevant agency, platform, and contractor relationships.
