The director provides scientific, operational, and strategic leadership for the U.S. ligand binding assay organization. The role builds teams, advances assay capabilities, maintains regulatory quality, and supports client and business objectives across the Phoenix and Lincoln laboratories.

What you'll do

• Lead ligand binding assay teams across Phoenix and Lincoln
• develop talent through coaching, performance management, and succession planning
• oversee laboratory capacity and operational performance
• provide scientific oversight for development, validation, transfer, and execution of bioanalytical methods
• ensure studies meet scientific, client, and regulatory expectations
• lead quality and compliance practices, inspection readiness, and audit support
• partner with business development and senior leadership on growth, proposals, and client relationships
• represent Celerion in professional organizations, industry collaborations, conferences, and publications.
