What you'll do
- Lead pre- and post-award solution engagements, discovery, and tailored demonstrations
- partner with sales teams to identify customer needs and shape opportunities
- lead presentations, proofs of concept, and solution validation
- assess product fit and prepare RFP/RFI responses
- coach consultants through reviews and training
- coordinate team assignments and coverage
- build onboarding and certification resources
- maintain demo environments and documentation
- collaborate with Product, Implementation, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support.
