Registered Behavior Technician

The Registered Behavior Technician role is based in the Christiansburg, VA area, working with clients in clinics, homes, and community settings. Compensation is $18.23–$23.46 per hour. The technician implements individualized applied behavior analysis interventions under Behavior Analyst supervision, tracks client progress, and works with families and the clinical team to support client goals and daily living skills.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized behavioral therapy programs using ABA strategies
• write progress notes and collect and maintain client data and graphs
• observe client skills and gather information as directed
• prepare program materials
• update programs only as directed by the Clinical Supervisor
• attend weekly supervision and team meetings
• coach parents or caregivers in behavior-management strategies
• maintain accurate billable-task documentation.
