Property Manager

What you'll do

• Review leases and prepare abstracts
• manage billing, collections, and late-rent notices
• monitor lease compliance
• serve as tenant contact and coordinate visits, inspections, and move-ins/move-outs
• oversee vendors and contracts
• conduct property inspections
• respond to after-hours issues
• coordinate capital projects
• review accruals and general ledger
• prepare reports, budgets, and year-end reconciliations
• provide portfolio coverage as needed.
