Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Home Health and Hospice Aide

Job overview

This onsite home-care role is based in Genesee, Michigan, with service-area options in Genesee, Livingston, Macomb/Oakland, and Wayne counties and daily travel to patients’ homes or facilities. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour. Optimal Care provides physician services, home health, and hospice care focused on improving outcomes and quality of life. The role provides personalized assistance with daily activities and supports patients’ comfort, dignity, and well-being. Working with patients, families, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team, the aide helps carry out individualized care plans and respond to changing needs.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, meals, and mobility
• support individualized care plans
