Part-Time Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Maintain the reception area
• greet clients and patients
• answer questions and triage client concerns
• answer calls and emails and direct them appropriately
• schedule appointments
• check clients in and out and process payments
• provide compassionate, discreet emotional support
• learn to administer medications and recognize abnormal conditions.
