What you'll do

• Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portions
• use knife and production skills
• follow company recipes, daily menus, and prep lists
• keep the work area clean, organized, and sanitary
• work independently at an assigned station
• anticipate customer needs, build rapport, and provide a positive experience
• suggestively sell add-ons
• follow food handling, labeling, serving temperature, and FIFO practices
• use kitchen equipment and report deficiencies.
