Home at Heart Group Living, INC. Pay: $22.00 per hour. Schedule: Part-Time (2030 hours per week). Home at the Heart Group Living is seeking an experienced Supported Living Program Coordinator to oversee and coordinate services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities receiving Supported Living services.
