What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including toileting, bathing, and eating
• help with cleaning, laundry, dishes, and other community upkeep
• assist with transfers and personal care
• prepare meals and snacks according to the menu
• put away and date groceries
• monitor and chart medication administration as applicable
• document incidents and daily observations
• facilitate scheduled activities
• provide companionship
• communicate concerns
• follow emergency procedures and scheduled shifts
• attend required meetings and training
• clear walkways
• provide 24-hour awake care.
