What you'll do

• Evaluate and diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological, spinal, and other conditions affecting movement and function
• develop individualized treatment plans
• coordinate conservative treatment options, including physical therapy and acupuncture
• perform injections and interventional pain-management procedures
• maintain clinical documentation
• collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
• provide patient-centered care across both offices.
