Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (Spanish-Speaking)

The Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (Spanish-Speaking) role is onsite in Edmond, OK, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is not specified. Inner Circle Autism Network provides child-centered applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for children and families. The technician delivers individualized one-on-one ABA sessions, implements behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and records client progress. The role supports children’s adaptive skills and wellbeing through evidence-based techniques, positive reinforcement, and collaboration with families and the clinical team.

What you'll do

• Implement BCBA-designed behavior intervention plans
• provide individualized one-on-one ABA therapy
• use evidence-based techniques and positive reinforcement to teach adaptive skills and reduce challenging behaviors
• record client progress
• build supportive relationships with clients and families.
