The Commercial Driver (CDL-A or CDL-B) / Warehouse Staff role is onsite in Huntington, WV, with local routes across the Foodbank’s 17-county service area. Pay is $21 per hour for Class B and $23 per hour for Class A. Facing Hunger Foodbank works to deliver food to community members experiencing food insecurity. The role combines safe, timely food deliveries with warehouse support, helping member agencies receive accurate orders while maintaining foodbank inventory and operations. The driver also loads and unloads deliveries, keeps transportation records, and supports warehouse volunteers and housekeeping.

What you'll do

• Deliver food, materials, and supplies to member agencies
• safely load and unload trucks and verify deliveries against invoices
• follow transportation safety requirements
• maintain mileage, fuel, and other transportation records
• clean vehicles and perform routine inspections
• report vehicle issues and incidents
• stock warehouse products
• assist with housekeeping and volunteers
• follow food safety procedures
• maintain required Department of Transportation licenses, certifications, and medical cards.

Why this role

Requires a valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License, safe driving record, ability to lift up to 60 pounds repetitively and occasionally up to 75 pounds, and forklift and pallet jack certification or ability to obtain it. ServSafe Food Handler Certification is required within three months of starting.
