What you'll do

• Implement exercise, wellness, and senior health standards
• document wellness programming and participation
• teach classes
• manage one full-time and one part-time fitness associate
• encourage participation across community levels
• ensure class variety and participant safety
• supervise and mentor wellness associates
• coordinate resident movement to scheduled programs
• develop incentive and educational initiatives
• work with the Social Director on programming
• maintain confidentiality of health information.
