- Tests and inspects products at various production stages
- compiles statistical data
- selects products for testing
- performs gradation and moisture content tests
- records test data
- evaluates reports for deviations
- recommends production standard modifications
- performs destructive and nondestructive tests
- examines samples for foreign matter
- notifies management of non-conforming materials
- maintains lab equipment
- conducts inspections
- communicates results
- ensures compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations
- collects samples from various locations.
