What you'll do

• Help the Executive Chef prepare and cook food following approved recipes and production standards
• coordinate and supervise food-service associates
• support interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and reviews
• store and handle food safely
• maintain sanitation and serving temperatures
• respond to customer complaints
• explain menu items
• monitor inventory, deliveries, production, consumption, and waste.
