Equipment Operator — Excavation and Grading

The Equipment Operator role is onsite at work sites in Saint George, UT. Compensation is $25–$34 per hour, depending on experience and skill level; overtime opportunities are available. The operator supports civil construction and paving projects by operating heavy equipment, preparing and grading sites, and assisting with material placement. The role works with the crew to complete projects safely, accurately, and on schedule.

What you'll do

• Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, and rollers
• perform excavation, grading, and site preparation
• assist with paving and material placement
• read grade stakes and site plans
• inspect and perform basic equipment maintenance
• follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• assist with general labor as needed.
