Assistant Director of Nursing — Long-Term Care

What you'll do

• Oversee the facility Performance Improvement Program and participate in the divisional committee
• oversee PRI and MDS processes
• represent Nursing on the LTC Safety Committee and coordinate employee safety initiatives
• coordinate attendance procedures
• supervise nursing staff and clinical operations daily
• cover Nurse Manager duties when needed
• participate in recruiting and interviewing CNA candidates.
