What you'll do

• Organize and complete tax compliance engagements
• assist with tax planning and client needs
• research tax laws and prepare technical memorandums
• begin reviewing work completed by associates and apprentices
• assist with apprentice supervision during tax season
• communicate with clients and internal teams
• participate in mentoring, training, recruiting, retention, and team-building
• develop and present internal technical training.
