Donor Care Team Specialist

Job overview

The Donor Care Team Specialist role is fully remote for employees living in AL, AR, FL, GA, KS, MI, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, or VA. The employee must work a shift within 9:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday–Friday. Compensation is not specified. StoryCause, a division of Publishing Concepts, helps nonprofits connect with donors through storytelling and engagement programs. The specialist builds donor relationships through conversations and follow-up, shares the impact of contributions, captures donor stories, and supports partner organizations’ efforts to strengthen engagement and ongoing giving.

What you'll do

• Engage donors and prospects by phone, email, and notes
• explain the impact of donor contributions
• collect stories and conduct surveys
• provide professional donor care while maintaining the stated dialing pace
• connect with annual donors
• collaborate with the team
• support Inside Sales calls as needed
• share feedback about donor responses.
