The HVAC Foreman — Special Projects role is onsite in Madison, WI. Pay is $38–$46 per hour, plus overtime at 1.5 times the regular rate. Dave Jones is growing its Special Projects New Construction teams, working on projects such as bars, restaurants, clinics, commercial build-outs, and retail spaces. The foreman leads hands-on HVAC installation and helps crews deliver safe, code-compliant work. The role coordinates materials, layouts, installation, and crew tasks while supporting project timelines and training apprentices and installers.

What you'll do

• Install HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and venting safely and to code
• install and troubleshoot low-voltage controls and wiring
• read blueprints and create layouts
• cut openings while protecting structural integrity and jobsite safety
• organize materials and truck stock
• manage crew tasks and timelines
• help train apprentices and installers
• uphold jobsite safety practices.
